  Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available in the footer on every page of our site along with any other legal notices or disclaimers.

  The Information We Collect

  This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the UrbanRushMovers.com web site. When you navigate to a web site and your browser requests a page, your browser sends certain information to the web server along with the name of the page being requested. This information includes your IP address (so the server knows where to send the information), the type and version of browser you are using (Internet Explorer/Firefox, etc.), and the types of information your browser is able to accept (images/PDFs/text/etc). This information along with the date and time of the request is kept by the server in a log file and later used to report traffic patterns and other statistics. This information does not uniquely identify the person connecting to the site, just general traffic patterns.
  
  In order to gain privileged access to the site which allows visitors to post content (comments/feedback) or in some cases view restricted content, users must register first. Registration requires your name and your eMail address. This information is used to identify who posted the content. Before gaining access, the system automatically verifies the eMail address by sending out a request for confirmation to that eMail address which must be replied to before being granted access. It is unfortunate that we have to take this step but without this measure, our site would fill with spam faster than we could delete it.
  
  Your eMail address may also be used to send you newsletters or other items that you specifically request (no automatic sign-ups), or to notify you of success or failure of operations you performed on the site (ie. posting comments).
