How To Pack Books
Books — Pack in a 2 cu. ft. box as books are heavy.
Try to group books by size.
Don't overload boxes.
- Line the bottom of the box with paper
- Pack books upright spine to spine
- Pages should never touch pages
- Fill spces with crushed paper
- If you can pack a second layer, place paper between them
- You can put books in flat spine to spine
- Paper back books and magazines are best packed flat
- Wrap old or expensive books individually in paper
- Do not over fill
- Fill box with crushed paper
- Close the box and seal with packing tape
