DVD Players / CD Players — If available, use the original packing materials. when available.
To stabilize the laser on a CD player, replace the transport screws (normally located on the bottom of the unit). Label boxes “Fragile” and “This Side Up.”

1. Fill the box with an ample supply of crushed paper, a blanket of padding material
2. Start with the largets component to act as a base
3. Tape a few pieces of paper together to create a large sheet
4. Place the component in the center of the sheet
5. Seperate the cord
6. Wrap the item with paper and secure with packing tape
7. Wrap the cord seperately and put next to the back of the component
8. Place gently in the box
9. Fill gaps with crushed paper
10. When packing more than one component in a box, put a generous layer of crushed paper between them
11. Fill any gaps and top with crushed paper
12. Seal box and label “Fragile”
