Canned Goods and Non-Frozen Items — Pack upright in small box with no more than 24 to 30 cans per box. Wrap glass containers and boxed foods individually and pack in small boxes.

1. Line the bottom of the box with a sheet of paper
2. It is not necessary to wrap each can individually
3. Check lids to ensure they are closed tightly
4. Wrap items with lids that loosen easily
5. Place a layer of crushed paper between the layers
6. Fill any spaces with crushed paper
7. Top with crushed paper
8. Close and seal the box
